I aim to provide a relaxing and rejuvenating experience @ The Old Post House B&B, a classical and stylish house set in a stunning landscape.  Additionally, I offer restorative, relaxing weekend yoga retreat.  In the community, I run well-being yoga classes and 1:1 sessions at affordable prices as well as offering yoga to local schools and hotels.

I have practiced and studied Hatha Yoga for 20 years.  I am passionate about yoga and believe it provides a path to self-discovery and well-being balancing the body, mind and spirit. I believe that yoga provides an anti-dote to the stresses of modern life.  The combination of breathing with stretches unlocks tension held in the body providing relief and relaxation.

My yoga sessions are restorative and relaxing with movement flowing through a series of poses that are connected with breath.  My practice is an authentic imparting of the teachings of traditional yoga including asana, pranayama, sound, chanting, meditation and yoga nidra.  The practice focuses on producing a relaxed and rejuvenating sense of well-being whilst encouraging an awareness of present moment consciousness. I offer an individual range of sessions suitable for all levels and ages.

I spent 2 years training with the Traditional Yoga Association with the lineage tracing back to Swami Venkatesananda and Swami Sivananda.

  • I am a Master Reiki Practitioner level 3.
  • I am a certified Mindfulness Practitioner.
  • I am a current up to date First Aider.

I have a good knowledge of anatomy and the philosophy of yoga including the chakra system. I believe sound is an important component in producing an elevated and relaxed mind.
